Change Your Password
Enter your current username and password that you use to access the Internet. Please type just your username, not your full e-mail address.

Enter the new password that you would like to use. The password must have at least 4 characters but no more than 8 characters, and cannot match your username. You must enter the password in both boxes below to confirm that you typed it correctly.

In the event that your new password is lost, and needs to be reset by your local provider, service charges may apply.

Changes to your password may take up to 25 minutes to take effect.

Your newly changed password will need to be updated in both your connection and your email client to retain full functionality of your service.

If you are using a PPPOE connection, you will need to change the password to the newly reset password on your next connection.

Please record your new and old password and store them some place safe. Underline any letters that are capitalized as some handwriting can begin to look the same overtime.
